Swiss Chard is not only delicious and nutritious, it also adds a pop of color to your veggie garden. Learn some tips on growing it for yourself this Fall!
Can it be grown in containers?
Yes, be sure to have at least 12 inches in between seedling and 3 inches in between seeds, if you start there.
How long does it take to grow?
Swiss Chard matures in 50-60 days. If you are starting from seeds, be sure to have them started (preferably indoors) at least 10 weeks before the first Fall frost.
How much sun does it need?
Swiss Chard, like most Fall veggies, loves FULL sun!
